Therapy That Makes Room for Real Life
Four ways to make therapy more accessible.
I believe therapy should be accessible to people with different financial circumstances—not just those who can comfortably afford the full cost of private practice.
That's why I've chosen to offer a four-tier payment model, inspired by the Green Bottle Model.
Rather than having one fixed fee, you can choose the tier that feels sustainable for you right now.
There is no application process, no income verification, and no need to explain or justify your choice.
You know your financial circumstances best.
And because life changes, your tier can change too. You can move up or down between tiers at any time.
Choose the tier that is right for you
$150 | Tier 1
Full Fee
This is the full fee for those who can comfortably afford therapy at this rate.
Choosing Tier 1 helps make lower-cost options possible for others who need them.
If this rate feels comfortably within your budget, your contribution helps support accessibility throughout the practice.
$110 | Tier 2
Reduced Fee
This tier is for those who can contribute more than the lowest rate but still need a reduced fee to make therapy accessible.
Choosing Tier 2 allows you to receive therapy at a more manageable cost while still contributing toward the sustainability of the practice.
$85 | Tier 3
Accessible Fee
This tier is for those who would struggle to afford the full or middle tier but are still able to contribute toward the cost of therapy.
It helps cover the essential costs of providing therapy while keeping your sessions at a more accessible rate.
$65 | Tier 4
Lowest Fee
This tier is for those who would not be able to access therapy without a significantly reduced rate.
If paying more would mean sacrificing basic needs or making therapy financially unrealistic, this tier is here for you.
You do not need to feel guilty for choosing it.
How do I know which tier to choose?
This is your sub-headline
There isn't a formula.
Take a look at your current financial circumstances and choose the rate that feels sustainable rather than stressful.
You might consider:
- What can I realistically afford without creating financial strain?
- Would paying the full fee affect my ability to meet other needs?
- Am I able to contribute more toward therapy right now?
- Has my financial situation changed since I started therapy?
There is no “right” answer, and choosing a lower tier isn't taking something away from someone else.
The goal is for therapy to be financially sustainable for you.
Your circumstances can change. Your tier can too.
Life isn't financially static.
Maybe you're in a more comfortable position when you begin therapy and later experience a change in income. Or maybe you start at a lower tier and eventually have more room in your budget.
You can change your payment tier at any time.
We can simply revisit it when your circumstances change.
Accessibility doesn't mean lower-quality care.
No matter which tier you choose, you receive the same therapy, the same care, and the same level of clinical attention.
The tier you choose reflects what you're able to contribute—not how much you deserve.
Everyone deserves access to meaningful mental health support.
Not sure which tier is right for you?
You don't have to figure everything out before reaching out.
We can talk about the payment model during your free 20-minute consultation, and you can take some time to decide what feels right for you.
Therapy shouldn't require you to choose between getting support and taking care of your basic needs.
