You don't have to keep carrying it all on your own.
On the outside, you seem like you're managing just fine. You're responsible, compassionate, the person others can count on. But underneath the surface you're exhausted. Your mind never seems to slow down, you put immense pressure on yourself, and you're left wondering why everything feels so hard when you're doing everything "right".
If this sounds familiar, you're not alone - and you don't have to figure it out by yourself. Therapy offers a space where you don't have to perform, have all the answers, or hold everything together. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck and help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels compassionate, authentic and sustainable.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, ADHD, people-pleasing, life transitions, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences, therapy can help you move toward a life that feels lighter and more aligned with who you are.
Meet Emily Reimer, MACP, RP (Qualifying)
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background supporting individuals through complex and high-acuity mental health challenges. My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, collaboration, and deep respect for your lived experience.
I believe you are the expert in your own life. Therapy isn’t about being “fixed” — it’s about making sense of what you’ve lived through, understanding patterns that no longer serve you, and finding ways forward that feel aligned and sustainable. I work with adolescents (13+) and adults, with a particular focus on ADHD, neurodivergence, and trauma-informed care.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with curiosity, honesty, and compassion, I’d be honoured to support you.
